It's another great year for this coffee harvest for Ato Esmael and his family and we are pleased to offer coffee from The Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm once more as the sugary sweet 'Starburst'. A private coffee farm from the Guji zone of Ethiopia, Ato and his family have been in operation since 2012 with a goal of producing quality green coffee by prioritizing socially and economically responsible practices. With 240 hectares of plot, The Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm effectively utilizes the sandy clay loam soil on which it stands, and the expanse of natural forest it sits beneath. We are always eager to enjoy the quality produce of such a thoughtful farmer, and we hope you can share this enjoyment in your own cup at home.
