Aeropress

Ah the almighty Aeropress. Beloved of the traveler, camper, and office denizen alike. We've used in an office, beside a tent, and on a counter in a hotel.

It's forgiving, and makes a beautifully clean cup. If you plan on using this for a dinner party however, either be prepared to spend some time doing one cup at a time, or buy 8 of these. Spend enough time with it and you may end up competing at the Nationals (yes that really happens).

The Aeropress is effectively a big BPA free plastic syringe with a filter at the end instead of a needle and it makes around 250ml (8oz) of coffee per serving. When making coffee for two, dose up to make a stronger coffee solution and dilute it across 2 cups.
