Tasting notes: Milk Chocolate, Walnut, Sweet Berries
Our featured roast: MadCat espresso (named after our daughters Madison and Caitlin) can't be beat! Espresso at home for when you can't make it to the shop. This post-roast blend of a natural process and a washed coffee hits the mark for a balance between traditional and third wave. Ethiopia for the top notes, Brazil for the depth, crema and additional sugars.
You're doing your own espresso, so I won't tell you how to use it. Just know that it's bright yet deep, forgiving and delicious. The Mad Cat has been making me smile for 5 years.
