Tasting notes: Milk Chocolate, Almond, Dates
Our go-to espresso, MadCat (named after our daughters Madison and Caitlin) can't be beat! Espresso at home for when you can't make it to the shop. This post-roast blend of a natural and a pulp natural coffee hits the mark for a balance between traditional and third wave. El Salvador Pulp Natural for the sweet and bright notes, Brazil Natural for the depth, crema and chocolate.
You're doing your own espresso, so I won't tell you how to use it. Just know that it's bright yet deep, forgiving and delicious. The Mad Cat has been making me smile for over a decade.
If your desired grind setting is not present, please let us know how you brew in the notes section during checkout.
