Subscription FAQs

We will usually ship the first one on our next available date, but if you'd like to leave a note at checkout, just let us know if there's better timing for it, and let us know if you want us to include a personalized note.

Our curated selections (for you or a gift) are always free shipping.

Custom subscriptions (à la carte) are based on the the pre-discount prices.

Curated and Custom subscriptions give you a page where you can manage your orders, to pause or stop.

You'll see confirmations in your inbox well before they ship, and you can always reply to those to have us make the changes for you.

Gift Subscriptions are pre-paid - so really there's no way to stop, but we can pause them or update the shipping address.

You can manage this yourself, or just reach out to us.

We can advance the schedule a bit so your next delivery is sooner, retaining the frequency from then, or we can adjust the frequency.

Need some filters or other things with your next regular delivery?

Your confirmation emails provide a link to add things, or you can make
an online order and let us know in the notes it's for your next
delivery.

... and it says "Inactive Subscription" and "Expired".
This is normal for prepaid subscriptions, such as 3, 6 or 12 months.
It indicates there are no more charges scheduled, but rest assured, the deliveries are scheduled on our side.
