    Shipping Policy

    Hi - and thanks for checking here. We (Monica and Graham) are navigating these times with ever-changing ways to try and make sure you have fresh coffee of the finest sort.

    We've seen price increases and changes in the shipping market as the season ramps up.

    We've put a new minimum on for Canada-wide delivery. A few goals drove this decision, as we want to:

    1. Stay competitive. We have customers from afar as well as our local beloved.
    2. Be as green as we can. Until we can be fully electric, we want to reduce our trips for small orders. This isn't greenwashing. (Driving out a single bag doesn't make sense.)
    3. Remain open 7 days a week, so you can enjoy a coffee as well as take home beans. Come visit.
    4. Stay open, knowing that some minor trade-offs may be necessary as we try and keep up with our evolving environment.

    We've consolidated Waterloo Region (and beyond) for twice weekly local deliveries, Tuesday and Friday, with a cutoff at midnight the night before. We want to bring you fresh coffee, and this allows us to get it to you after or before the weekend.

    If your order is shipping anywhere else within Canada we get you into the courier system on the next weekday. This will be fast, and we guarantee it will be fresh, but it may not be as fast as local. Our Canada wide shipping is priced for coffee. Other sundries will weigh a lot more, and we reserve the right to charge additional fees, or cancel orders not involving coffee.

    • Cancelling items may affect your order's eligibility for free shipping.
    • The appropriate Free Shipping option must be selected as your shipping method during checkout in order to qualify for the offer.
    • Offer applies to deliveries within Canada only and may be subject to other shipping restrictions depending on the items ordered.
    • The Free Shipping offer may be used in conjunction with other promotions and coupons. Have at it!

    Delivery Time Expectations

    Monigram Coffee Roasters ships all products ordered within two business days, and often sooner. Please note that all coffee is roasted frequently as we aim to provide our valued customers with the freshest possible coffee.

    US & International (Europe & UK) Shipping

    We are happy to offer competitive shipping rates to our International customers. Orders shipping to European or United States addresses will ship via Canada Post and a shipping rate will be quoted in the shipping stage at checkout. 

    Minimum Orders

    Monigram Coffee Roasters has a $10.00 minimum order on all Canadian shipments (not including shipping). There is a $30.00 minimum order on all international shipments (not including shipping). 

    Shipping Method

    We work hard to ship all orders within two business days of your order being placed. We use Canada Post Expedited as our preferred method of shipping for further destinations, and may use more local land-based transport for neighbouring cities. To obtain even faster shipping please reach out and we will make other arrangements for you.
