Tasting notes: Raspberry, Almond, Nougat

A brutally light roast producing an equally brutally beautiful coffee. Bright and clean? Yes. And that means more sugars. More complexity. No cream.

What's nougat? For me in this coffee it's fruit compote with butter cream.

- Graham.

This coffee is grown on the foothills of the southwest slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, between the Arusha and Mount Kilimanjaro National Park, tended by Meru and Chagga tribe members

This cooperative is unlike most in the region in that it is empowering women, in property and business ownership, and organizational leadership.
This a Peaberry (come chat about why that’s cool). Complex, bright, with great acidity and sweetness.

Grown in a wonderful climate under shade trees on a steep slope between 1400 – 1780 masl, this washed coffee is comprised of Bourbon and Kent varietals.

Our coffee is whole bean by default, but we can grind it for you. Just let us know how you brew in the notes section during checkout.
