Hario Buono 1.0L KettleHario
The Hario Buono kettle is pretty much the standard pouring kettle we all start with. It has a spout fine enough to control a single cup V60 pour, or to get an 8 cup Chemex flowing properly, with precision to hit the spots you need to.
We use one in the cafe, and we recommend them for home.
This kettle is also burner-friendly, so if the feeling takes you, you can bring it to the boil like old fashioned kettles. Just don't try and heat it in the microwave. This is the small (1L to the Rim) version of the standard Hario Buono kettle.
Graham says: Consider using a beautiful kettle just for pouring. I heat in a rough and tough standard kettle, to a full boil, and decant to this. It knocks a couple of degrees off the water (good) and keeps your pourover kettle pristine (also good).
