A Canadian patented double filtration system translates to a cleaner cup - less silt and sludge.

The way the gasketed plunge basket works, coffee passes sideways through the first filter, which reduces flow to the second finer filter.

The gasket means that the finished coffee above doesn't continue to interact with the grinds below, so the press coffee is stable. The double wall stainless means that clean coffee stays hot.
