This coffee originates from a family-run farm in Pueblo Nuevo, northwestern Nicaragua, from the El Eden micro-lot, a small 6 acre plot of land within Finca La Virgen. Lester Gonzalez has experimented and evolved over years as a producer of specialty coffee. His coffees have appeared in competitions for the Cup of Excellence on numerous occasions. El Eden offers a sweet, balanced body with a delightfully mellow acidity.
