Finca Miramar is ideally located on the western slopes of the Santa Ana volcano. This farm gets its name “Mira Mar” (meaning Sea Lookout) from the fact that the Pacific can be seen from the highest point in the farm. Miramar is planted with traditional heirloom Bourbon varieties, Pacas and Hibrido San Francisco (a Bourbon X Pacas) local mutation. This farm lies between 1400-1700 MASL. The shade consists of Macadamia, Peach, Pepeto Peludo and Pepeto de Rio shade trees. This coffee is typically very chocolatey, expressive, sweet, clean and yet tropical.
